Welcome to join our Spring semester!
Our spring semester begins on January 13, and we have space for you! We also offer continuous enrollment in our instrument and voice lessons for students of all ages. All potential students are welcome to have a trial lesson on their preferred instrument before signing up for the semester. Click on your preferred lesson location below to check instrument and group availability and then and send us a message to set up a trial lesson.
We Provide the Following Music Lessons:
Music Playschool
Ages 3 months – 7 years
In Music Playschool, we foster a lifelong love of music through group lessons for children where we sing, rhyme, play, listen, move, dance and make music together.
Pre-Instrumental
Ages 5-8
In Pre-Instrumental lessons, we introduce children to the basics of musical notation, rhythm, and instrumental performance in a fun and encouraging group setting.

ISM Finland provides an international and diverse musical community for expat families and others who are interested in experiencing a multicultural environment through high-quality music education.
ISM is a registered non-profit organisation with a Teaching License (laaja ja yleinen opetuslupa) from the cities of Helsinki and Espoo and is part of the Association of Finnish Music Schools (Suomen musiikkioppilaitosten liitto).

Free Music Playschool Lessons on January 18!
Join our teacher Zane Uitto for a free Music Playschool lesson in English! We are offering three free lessons on this day:
Lessons with parents:
Ages 6 months – 18 months: 9.30-10.15
Ages 18 months -3 years: 10.30-11.15
Lessons without parents:
Ages 4-7 years: 11.30-12:15
Location: Hietalahdenkatu 8, 00180 Helsinki
Leave your worries outside the Playschool room door and enjoy some quality time making music! Our Music Playschool lessons have fun supervised activities appropriate for each child’s age: rhymes, movement, singing, instrument playing, and much more.

Our Trial Music Lessons are on sale until 31.1.2025:
20-minute lesson* 22€ (normally 28€)
30-minute lesson 30€ (normally 38€)
45-minute lesson 44€ (normally 55€)
*20-minute lessons are for children age 8 and younger
Lessons are for all ages and skill levels at any of our locations in Helsinki, Espoo, or online. After the lesson, you can choose whether to continue to lessons through the full semester. Limit one trial lesson per student per instrument.
