Music Carousel
Our Music Carousel is a fun way to get to know instruments in a quick and easy way. In Music Carousel lessons, your child will be taught the basics of 2-3 different instruments during short 3-4 week courses. Our Carousel is a great way for your child to find the right instrument for them.
Meet Our Pre-Instrumental Team
Our highly-trained and educated teachers each have significant experience in both music performance and early childhood music education.
Silvia Melero Gomez
Silvia holds two bachelor’s degrees in music education: one focused on music teaching at primary schools, and one focused on Music Pedagogy, Solfège and Aural Skills. She recently completed a master’s degree in Teaching Spanish as a Second Language and has been teaching Piano, Music Theory, Ear training, Voice, Music Playschool and has conducted children’s choirs since 2006.
Dušica Grbatinić
Dušica began playing piano at the age of 7 and quickly decided to focus her studies entirely on music. Along with her interest for classical music, she has explored other genres such as pop and rock. She earned a masters’ degree in Music Theory and after graduation, she devoted herself to education, teaching piano and solfege in a musical elementary school and music education in a public elementary school, working with children and teenagers.
Henri Salonen
Henri completed an undergraduate degree in Popular Music in 2014 at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, England and a Masters Degree in Film & media composing at the Irish American University of Dublin in Sofia, Bulgaria. Henri has worked as a peripatetic instrument teacher in 3 different elementary schools. Henri’s passion for music started as a self taught instrumentalist, and his teaching style places value on nurturing a student’s own musical voice.
Zane Uitto
Zane Uitto has a Masters degree in Global music from the University of the Arts in Helsinki and a Bachelors degree in Ethnomusicology from Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music. She has developed an approach for teaching traditional music and world rhythms using games and dancing. Zane has been teaching music for over 15 years and aims to spread the joy of using music to look at life with wonder.
