In addition to a strong knowledge of music theory and a constant improvement of playing and singing techniques, Anfisa has always been interested in the practical performance of vocals in musicals, pop, rock and jazz bands and theatre productions. During her studies, she participated in numerous projects and festivals and had a chance to perform on the same stage with musicians like Bobby McFerrin, Christian McBride, Ana Finger, Sanni Orasmaa, Neff Irizzary and many more. She toured as a member of a chamber choir in South Africa and Germany, and lately as an actress in the original musical Jazz bajo al mar in Spain. She participated in the television shows The Voice of Finland and Eurovision as a songwriter and a performing artist.
Anfisa began her teaching career while still studying at the Conservatory. She is passionate about music and wants to share her own experience, knowledge and enthusiasm with all her students. She has worked with students of all ages, from 3-year-old children to adults, both individually and in groups. Anfisa also has experience putting together musical performances, writing scripts, and preparing children for performances and auditions. In addition, she composes children’s songs and has helped her students to create and record their own songs.
